I am from Chennai and we had chosen a Best Escape holiday for our trip from Delhi to Shimla and Manali.. It happened to be a best trip with best escape tourism.. Ms. Piya was the one I have been communicating from the day of booking.. She arranged everything perfectly. Her timely response to all our queries were admiring and when we faced little inconvenience in the hotel, she immediately attended the issue and gave us different room with all the facilities. Love you Piya.. All credits goes to you.. Overall it was an awesome trip with Best Escape holidays. The special thanks to the driver for bringing us safely, because the roads were completely surrounded with fog and we were really scared how he is going to drive. Despite of bad weather, he drove the vehicle safely. What a driving, it was admirable. Though we had a language problem, he managed to understand and cooperated with us completely. His name is Mr. Nanda Ram Kashyap ( sorry if I mispelled his name wrongly, but I definitely wanted to thank him and so mentioned his name). My parents just finished leh ladakh tour through Best Escape Holidays company...They had an wonderful experience there.... Their service was very nice and everyone in the company treated my parents so well that they were completely overwhelmed. It was really a wonderful experience to plan a tour of Dharmshala, Dalhousie and khajjiar with Best Escape. Ms Piya and Ms Shobha were the two generous ladies from Best Esape helped to plan this tour and really guided us from time to time with one of the best person in the car Mr Sanjay Ramavat who took us everywhere and doesn't complaint about anything. We also treated him as our child. Hotels were. very good . But some where ofcourse there were nonveg dish alomg with vegeterian dinner so could not eat and had to go out for dinner and breakfast as we are vegetarians only that was the issue and hotels were far from the main cities but it was ok never mind. We were six.in.the family all above 50s but smooth driving on the hilly roads and all the places were shown without any complaints Thanks Piya and Shobha and also Sanjay.for this. memorable tour. Hotel Rajat Shimla is best hotel I got in Shimla also near Mall Road Market and good Peaceful Location of Hotel. Best Staff Behaviour and couple friendly nature. Tasty & Delicious Food served. Outside shop For Breakfast is also best Krishna Samosa and Jalebi is good must try everyone. Only one problem I found as Water Pressure issues at washroom and Washbasin.

Our Shri Amarnath Yatra 2024 was very good, our tour was made by them. It included Kashmir, Srinagar, Sonamarg, Gulmarg and Kashmir Darshan, their set up was so good like the hotel room was very good in Srinagar and Sonamarg and the car and driver provided by them was very good and was available on time.
