Tour Plan
DELHI – MANALI (570 KM/ 12-14 HOURS)
Report at Delhi Volvo pick up point (on your own) till 8:00 PM. Start overnight journey by Volvo to Manali.
MANALI SIGHTSEEING
Reach Manali in morning & get transferred to hotel (Check in & check out Time as per Hotel Policies & early Check In is subject to availability). After rest & freshens up till 02:00 PM go for half day city tour of Manali which includes – Visit Hadimba Devi Temple (This temple constructed in 1553 A. D. is Dedicated to Mata Hadimba, Himachal’s Most Significant Deity), Vashisht Village & Hot water springs (Dedicated to Vashisht Muni & well known for its hot Curable water) and Tibetan Monastery in Market. In evening explore the Mall Road & IBEX Market of Manali. Stay overnight after dinner in reserved hotel.
MANALI – SOLANG VALLEY – JISPA
Post breakfast, start journey towards Jispa. On the way visit Solang Valley, where you can enjoy various thrilling adventure activities like Paragliding, Ropeway Ride, Zorbing, Horse Riding at own cost. Then proceed further via Sissu & Lahoul Valley. Reach Jispa & check into the Hotel. In evening, you’ll be free for rest and independent activities. Stay overnight at hotel or camp booked.
JISPA – LEH
Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive further towards Leh. (Altitude 11, 562 feet) On arrival, check into the hotel. Spend Evening at your leisure. Stay overnight at hotel.
LEH – NUBRA VALLEY VIA KHARDONG LA PASS/125 KM
Post breakfast drives to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass, The Highest Motorable road in the World. On the way to Nubra Valley visit Deskit & Hunder Villages and have Double Hump camel Safari in Cold Desert (On your Own). Overnight stay in a camp at Nubra Valley.
NUBRA VALLEY – PANGONG LAKE / 4080 METER /155 km
Post breakfast drive towards Pangong Lake. Pangong Lake is situated at an altitude of 4250 M. You have to cross the Changla Pass which is at 5360 feet & is the third highest motorable road in the world. Pangong is the highest salt water Lake in the World, shared by two countries India & China. Witness the changing colors of the Lake at high altitude. Dinner & overnight stay in camp at Pangong.
PANGONG – SHEY – THIKSEY – LEH
Post breakfast check out from camp & return to Leh & on the way visit Shey Palace & Thiksey Monastery. On arrival, check-in at the hotel again in Leh for dinner & overnight stay.
LEH SIGHTSEEING – KARGIL / 420 Km
After breakfast, check out from the hotel & drive towards Kargil. On the way visit Hall of Fame, Magnetic Hill, Meeting point of Zanskar River & Indus River and Gurudwara Patthar Sahib. On arrival, check into the hotel and rest of the day free for relaxation. Stay overnight at Kargil.
KARGIL – SONMARG – SRINAGAR
Today after breakfast proceed towards Srinagar. On the way take short halt at Sonmarg also known as “THE MEADOW OF GOLD”, enjoy the White Mountains covered with snow and the River Sindh flowing through the valley. On arrival at Srinagar, check into the hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
SRINAGAR SIGHTSEEING & HOUSEBOAT STAY
Post breakfast visit famous Mughal gardens like Nishat Garden, Shalimar Garden, Chashma Shahi, Pari Mahal/ Shakar Acharya Temple. In the evening go for a Shikara Ride on the famous Dal Lake. Have dinner & overnight stay at houseboat on Dal Lake.
SRINAGAR DEPARTURE
Post breakfast, check out from the houseboat & you’ll be dropped at Airport for further journey.
