Darjeeling gives you the “must-see” Himalayan hill-station experience, while Kalimpong balances the trip with quiet views and a slower, more local vibe. Together, they make a perfect short mountain circuit.
Railway Station, our cab will pick you up & you’ll start the journey towards Kalimpong. On arrival, check into the Hotel. After rest & freshen up visit market nearby. Have dinner & overnight stay in the hotel.
Post breakfast check out & visit Durbin Monastery, Deolo Hill, Dr. Graham’s Homes, Mangaldham (Hindu Temple). In afternoon drive to Darjeeling via Teesta, Pesok & Lopchu. Upon arrival, check into the Hotel. Free & Leisure time or walk to the Mall (Chowrasta). Have dinner & overnight stay at the Hotel.
Early Morning (at 04:00 am) drive to Tiger hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday close), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway and Japanese Temple. In evening return to hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
On arrival at Bagdogra Airport / NJP After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station for your return journey.
