Tour Plan
LEH (ALT: 11500 / 3505 M) – ACCLIMATIZATION / ORIENTATION
Reach Leh by morning flight & get transferred to hotel. After freshens up take rest for acclimatization to the high altitude. Later in the afternoon explore Leh market & return to hotel at night for dinner & overnight stay.
LEH SIGHTSEEING
Post breakfast visit Magnetic Hill, Meeting point of Zanskar River & Indus River and Gurudwara Patthar Sahib. Visit Spituk Gompa and Hall of Fame during your return to Leh town. Have dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
LEH – KHARDONG LA PASS/125 KM – LEH
Post breakfast drives to Khardungla Pass, The Highest Motorable road in the World. In later afternoon return to Leh. Have overnight stay in Leh.
LEH – PANGONG LAKE / 4080 M – LEH
Post early breakfast, proceed towards Pangong Lake. Pangong Lake is situated at an altitude of 14,500 feet. In late afternoon reach Pangong, it is the highest salt water Lake in the World, shared by two countries India & China. Witness the changing colors of the Lake at high altitude. Later return to Leh for dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
LEH DEPARTURE TRANSFER
Today morning after breakfast check out from the hotel & you’ll be dropped at Leh Airport for further journey.
