GUWAHATI AIRPORT / RAILWAY STATION – SHILLONG (100 KM/3 Hours)
On arrival at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station, our cab will pick you up & you’ll start the journey towards Shillong. On the way visit Umiam Lake. Enjoy Boating in Umiam Lake (on own expenses). On arrival at Shillong, check into the Hotel. After rest & freshen up visit Elephant Falls & Lady Hydari Park (The combination of the zoo, Park and beautiful stretches of flower beds makes it an ideal location for the families to relax and spend some quality time). Later in the evening return to hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
SHILLONG LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
Post breakfast we will be covering some of the fantastic places in Shillong. The list includes State Museum, Beadon and Bishop Falls, Golf Course, Cathedral (Mary Help) at Laitumkhrah & Ward’s lake. In evening you’ll be free to walk around the town. Later return to hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
SHILLONG – CHERRAPUNJI (55 KM/2 Hours) – SHILLONG
Post breakfast we will start the day excursion to Cherrapunji. Tour to Cherrapunji will surely leave you speechless from picturesque sights of Nohkalikai Falls, Mwasmai Cave, Seven Sister fall, Koh Ram Hoh and Eco Park. In evening return to Shillong for dinner & overnight stay at reserved hotel.
SHILLONG – GUWAHATI (100 KM/3 Hours)
Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and get ready to enjoy the marvels of Guwahati. On the way witness the emerald landscapes, sparkling waterfalls and refreshing breeze of hills. Reach Guwahati & check into the pre-booked hotel. Explore Guwahati market. Have dinner & overnight stay at Hotel.
GUWAHATI SIGHTSEEING
Today we will be covering famous tourist attraction of Guwahati. This includes receiving the blessings of goddess at Kamakhya Temple & Navagraha Temple respectively. Thereafter it is time to indulge in history and art by visiting State Museum and Srimanta Sankardeb Kalakhetra. Followed by this we will explore Assam State zoo to watch white rhinos, puma, jaguar & Lama and lots more. Late evening return to Guwahati Hotel for comfortable overnight stay.

After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Guwahati Airport/ Railway Station for your return journey.

My parents just finished leh ladakh tour through Best Escape Holidays company...They had an wonderful experience there.... It was great experience. People travelling by bus and trying to catch flight from Delhi, i would suggest Chandigarh is best and nearest. The cabs given were very good.
