Tour Plan
Day 01: JAMMU – PAHALGAM (260 KM/9-10 Hours)
On arrival at Jammu Railway Station/Airport, meet our representative & start journey towards Pahalgam. On arrival, check into the hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
Day 02: PAHALGAM SIGHTSEEING – SRINAGAR HOUSEBOAT (92 KM/3-4 Hours)
Post breakfast, check out from the hotel & enjoy River Rafting in Lidder River (on own expenses), which is held from April to June month. Later visit Aru Valley, Chandanwari, Betaab Valley (on own expenses, by local cab). Then return to Pahalgam & start further journey towards Srinagar. On arrival, check into the Houseboat. Have dinner & overnight stay at Houseboat.
Day 03: SRINAGAR SIGHTSEEING & SHIKARA RIDE
Post breakfast, check out from the houseboat & & enjoy Shikara Ride on famous Dal Lake. Later visit famous Mughal Gardens like Nishat Garden & Shalimar Garden, Chashme-e-Shah, Pari Mahal & Shankracharya Temple. In evening check into the hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
Day 04: SRINAGAR – GULMARG (52 KM/2 Hours) – SRINAGAR
Post breakfast, proceed further towards Gulmarg. Enjoy beautiful surroundings and Pony Ride (On own expenses). Have a Gondola Ride (on own expenses). It has two phases; Phase-I is from Gulmarg to Kungdoor & Phase-II is from Kungdoor to Affarwatt. Then visit a small Shiva Temple & Gulmarg Golf course, which is in existence for 100 years. One can also hire a local vehicle or pony (on own expenses) to visit Bota Pathri in Nagin Valley, which is recently opened to tourists. In late afternoon return to Srinagar hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
Day 05: SRINAGAR – SONAMARG (80 KM/3-4 Hours) – SRINAGAR
Post breakfast proceed towards Sonamarg also known as “The Meadow of Gold”. Take a pony ride out here (On own expenses) and enjoy the white mountains covered with snow and the river Sindh flowing through the valley. One can also hire a local vehicle or pony (on own expenses) to visit Thajiwas glacier. In late afternoon return to Srinagar hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
Day 06: SRINAGAR – DOODHPATHRI (50 KM/2 Hours) – SRINAGAR
After breakfast drive towards Doodhpathri. The water flowing through the meadows here has a milky appearance from the distance and remains very cold throughout the year. In late afternoon return to Srinagar & spend evening at leisure. Have dinner & overnight stay at hotel.
Day 07: SRINAGAR – JAMMU (245 KM/6-7 Hours)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel & drive back towards Jammu. On arrival, you’ll be dropped at Railway station for further journey.

Despite of bad weather, he drove the vehicle safely. What a driving, it was admirable. Though we had a language problem, he managed to understand and cooperated with us completely. His name is Mr.

My parents just finished leh ladakh tour through Best Escape Holidays company...They had an wonderful experience there....
