Tour Plan
DELHI – MANALI (570 KM/ 12-14 HOURS)
Report at Delhi Volvo pick up point (on your own) till 8:00 PM. Start overnight journey by Volvo to Manali.
MANALI SIGHTSEEING
Reach Manali in the morning & get transferred to the hotel (Check-in & check out Time as per Hotel Policies & early Check-In is subject to availability). After rest & freshens up till 02:00 PM go for half day city tour of Manali which includes – Visit Hadimba Devi Temple (This temple constructed in 1553 A.D. is Dedicated to Mata Hadimba, Himachal’s Most Significant Deity), Vashisht Village & Hot water springs (Dedicated to Vashisht Muni & well known for its hot Curable water) and Tibetan Monastery in Market. In the evening explore the Mall Road & IBEX Market of Manali. Stay overnight after dinner in a reserved hotel.
MANALI – SOLANG VALLEY – ATAL TUNNEL – JISPA
Post breakfast, start the journey towards Jispa. On the way visit Solang Valley, where you can enjoy various thrilling adventure activities like Paragliding, Ropeway Ride, Zorbing, Horse Riding at your own cost. Then proceed further via Atal Tunnel & Lahaul Valley. Reach Jispa & check into the Hotel. In the evening, you’ll be free for rest and independent activities. Stay overnight at hotel or camp booked.
JISPA – LEH
Post breakfast, check out from the hotel, and drive further towards Leh. (Altitude 11, 562 feet) On arrival, check into the hotel. Spend the evening at your leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel.
LEH LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
Post breakfast visit Magnetic Hill, Meeting point of Zanskar River & Indus River, and Gurudwara Patthar Sahib. Visit Spituk Gompa and the Hall of Fame during your return to Leh town. Have dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
LEH – NUBRA VALLEY VIA KHARDONG LA PASS/125 KM
Post breakfast drives to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass, The Highest Motorable road in the World. On the way to Nubra Valley visit Deskit & Hunder Villages and have a Double Hump camel Safari in the Cold Desert (On your Own). Overnight stay in a camp at Nubra Valley.
NUBRA VALLEY – PANGONG LAKE / 4080 METER /155 km
After breakfast, drive towards Pangong Lake. Pangong Lake is situated at an altitude of 4250 M. You have to cross the Changla Pass which is at 5360 feet & is the third highest motorable road in the world. Pangong is the highest saltwater Lake in the World, shared by two countries India & China. Witness the changing colors of the Lake at high altitudes. Dinner & overnight stay in camp at Pangong.
PANGONG – SHEY – THIKSEY – LEH
Post breakfast check out from camp & return to Leh & on the way visit Shey Palace & Thiksey Monastery. On arrival, check-in at the hotel again in Leh for dinner & overnight stay.
LEH DEPARTURE
Post breakfast, check out from the hotel & you’ll be dropped at Airport for further journey.
