Tour Plan
BAGDOGRA AIRPORT / NJP RAILWAY STATION – DARJEELING (68 KM/3 Hours)
On arrival at Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station, our cab will pick you up & you’ll start the journey towards Darjeeling. On arrival in Darjeeling, check into the Hotel. After rest & freshen up visit market nearby. Have dinner & overnight stay in the hotel.
DARJEELING LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
Early Morning (at 04:00 am) drive to Tiger hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday close), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway and Japanese Temple. In evening return to hotel for dinner & overnight stayl.
DAY TOUR TO MIRIK (5800 FEET 48 KM/2 Hours)
After Breakfast drive to Mirik and visit the Sumendu Lake. Enjoy boating at the Lake and Horse-riding. Then drive back to Darjeeling. On the way visit Pashupati market (Indo-Nepal Border town/subjected to the availability of the permit from Nepalese Customs/Defence) Stop by Lepcha Jagat to view Mt. Khanchendzonga and its adjacent peaks. In evening, you are free to walk around the Chowrasta (The Mall). Later return to hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
DARJEELING – BAGDOGRA AIRPORT / NJP RAILWAY STATION (68 KM/3 Hours)
After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station for your return journey.

My parents just finished leh ladakh tour through Best Escape Holidays company...They had an wonderful experience there.... It was great experience. People travelling by bus and trying to catch flight from Delhi, i would suggest Chandigarh is best and nearest. The cabs given were very good.
