Tour Plan

CHANDIGARH – NARKANDA (174Km/4-5 hrs)

Arrival at Chandigarh Airport, and proceed to Narkanda, one of the hill stations near Shimla, covered by high trees of pine and deodars. Stay overnight.

NARKANDA – KOTGARH – RAMPUR – SARAHAN

After breakfast leave for Sarahan via kotgarh – The Valley of Apples. On reaching in Rampur visit the exquisite palace of erstwhile Maharajah of Rampur Bushair, explore the town and then leave for the beautiful village of sarahan, perched High above the river Sutlej, sarahan is steeped in legend, hill architecture and the remarkable natural beauty, orchards and small villages. Stay overnight at Sarahan.

 SARAHAN – SANGLA

After breakfast visit to Bhimakali Temple, it is revered as one of the fifty one Shaktipeeth. After visitng Holy Temple, start your journey towards Sangla Valley which is located in the Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh. It is supposed to be one of the most beautiful valleys in the country. In Tibetan, the term Sangala means “Pass of Light” which refers to the valley receiving plenty of sunlight during the day.

SANGLA – CHHITKUL – SANGLA

Today after breakfast you can visit Chitkul village.  Chitkul is the last inhabited village situated near Indo-Tibet border at a distance of 20 km from Sangla. This village lies on the right bank of River Baspa. The most popular attraction of this village is the temple of local goddess ‘ChitkulMaathi’ also known as ‘Mata Devi’. Day will end up with tasty Dinner & comfortable Overnight stay at the hotel.

SANGLA – KALPA

Today morning, check-out from the Hotel & drive to Kalpa. Reach  Kalpa check in hotel – and visit The District Headquarter of Kinnar. Kalpa was known as Chini back in the days when it was the Regional Capital. Kalpa has changed little in the last 500 years. Each & every corner of Kalpa facing Jorkanden & the Kinner Kailash Peaks, considered as one of the mythical homes of Lord Shiva & by its side is a 79 foot rock formation that resembles a Shivlinga that changes its colour as the day passes & is visible to the naked eye on a clear day. In evening visit Buddhist Gompa – Hu Bu Lan Kar.In Evening return to hotel dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

KALPA – NAKO

Today morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Nako .Reach Nako check in hotel . In  evening visit Nako lake, Malling Nala after sightseeing drive back to hotel dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

NAKO – TABO – DHANKAR – TABO

Today morning you can tour the village around and can also head on towards Tabo Monastery constructed in 996 AD; – Not just in Spiti but in the whole of the Tibetan Buddhist world it has very wonderful Chogs – Khor [‘Doctrinal Circle’ or ‘Doctrinal Enclave’]. This complex holds 9 Temples, 23 Chortens, a Monk’s Chamber & Nun’s Chamber. The monastery contains large number of Scriptures & Pieces of Art, Wall Painting & Stucco. After reaching Tabo check in at the hotel, post lunch you can visit the famous Dhankar Monastery, the traditional Capital of Spiti sits prettily on a hilltop. Today, more than 160 Lamas reside here. A Statue of Dhyan Buddha where four complete figures of Buddha sit back-to-back is the main attraction of this more than 7TH Century old Monastery. On the way back you can visit the pin valley the only cold desert in Himachal pradesh. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.

TABO – PIN VALLEY / MUD

Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to visit Pin Valley. Pin Valley National Park adjoins the Great Himalayan National Park (GHNP) on one side and the Rupi Bhabha Sanctuary on the other. Stay overnight in a small village named Mud, which is also the starting point of the Pin Valley Trek.

MUD – KAZA

After breakfast start your journey towards kaza, and check in at the hotel, post lunch you can visit Ki Monastery which is believed to be built by Dromton (1008 - 64 AD). In evening return to hotel for dinner & overnight stay.

KAZA SIGHTSEEING

Today after breakfast, visit Kibber Village and Kibber Sanctuary where you can spot Blue Sheep and Ibex. Our last spot will be Komic Village which is the highest village in Asia, located at a height of 18,000 feet above sea level. The beauty of this place cannot be described in words; it can only be felt and experienced with naked eyes. After such spectacular sightseeing come back to kaza for dinner & overnight stay.

KAZA – KUNZUM PASS – CHANDERTAAl

Today morning after breakfast proceed towards Kunzum pass. Kunzum Pass is one of the highest motorable passes across the Kunzum range at an altitude of 4551 m. It serves as the entrance pass to Spiti valley from Lahaul. Goddess Kunjum (Durga/Parvati) resides in a temple on the Kunzum top and keeps guard over the pass and wards of the evil. Reach chandertaal lake by afternoon and  enjoy the mystical scenic view of this lake till evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the Camp.

CHANDERTAAL – MANALI

After Breakfast leave for a nice long drive along the Chandra River, which later becomes the Chandra Bhaga at the Confluence in Tandi Bridge. The landscape is barren all around while the valley floor is lush green with fields of Barley, Potato and Hops fringed with trees of Willow & Poplar. En-route stop at tiny hamlet of Chattru for refreshment. After that leave for Manali through Rohtang Pass 13050 ft, Reach Manali by Evening. O/N Manali.

MANALI SIGHTSEEING

Today you will make a late start after a leisurely breakfast. We will visit Old Manali village, Hadimba Devi temple and Vashist village (with hot water springs) with your guide. Later on we will take you to visit the nagger village and castle. Naggar Naggar was the ancient seat of the ruler of Kullu Valley and now the Naggar Castle is run as a Heritage hotel and Resturant Property by the tourism department of Himachal. We will visit the Naggar castle and will have a cup of tea or lunch here, before we drive back to Manali. In the evening you are free to explore the Manali market

MANALI – SOLANG VALLEY – ATAL TUNNEL – JISPA (210 KM /7-8 Hours)

Post breakfast, start journey towards Jispa. On the way visit Solang Valley, where you can enjoy various thrilling adventure activities like Paragliding, Ropeway Ride, Zorbing, Horse Riding at own cost. Then proceed further via Lahoul Valley. Reach Jispa & check into the Hotel/Camp. In evening, you’ll be free for rest and independent activities. Stay overnight at hotel or camp booked.

JISPA – LEH

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel & proceed towards leh. On arrival in evening, check into the Hotel for dinner & overnight stay.

LEH SIGHTSEEING

Post breakfast visit Magnetic Hill, Meeting point of Zanskar River & Indus River and Gurudwara Patthar Sahib. Visit Spituk Gompa and Hall of Fame during your return to Leh town. Have dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.

LEH – NUBRA VALLEY VIA KHARDONG LA PASS (160 KM /5-6 Hours)

Post breakfast drives to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass, The Highest Motorable road in the World. On the way to Nubra Valley visit Deskit & Hunder Villages and have Double Hump camel Safari in Cold Desert (On your Own). Have overnight stay in a camp at Nubra Valley.

NUBRA – PANGONG LAKE (275 KM /7-8 Hours)

Post breakfast, proceed towards Pangong Lake. Pangong Lake is situated at an altitude of 14,500 feet. In late afternoon reach Pangong, it is the highest salt water Lake in the World, shared by two countries India & China. Witness the changing colors of the Lake at high altitude. Have dinner & overnight stay at the camp in Pangong.

PANGONG – SHEY – THIKSEY – LEH (234 KM /6-8 Hours)

Post breakfast check out from camp & return to Leh & on the way visit Shey Palace & Thiksey Monastery. On arrival, check-in at the hotel again in Leh for dinner & overnight stay

LEH -KARGIL (216 KM /5-6 Hours)

Start early in the morning from Leh and begin your drive towards Kargil.The drive from Leh to Kargil is approximately 230 kilometers and takes around 6-7 hours, depending on road conditions and stops along the way.En route, you will pass through picturesque locations like Magnetic Hill, the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers at Nimmu, and the breathtaking Fotu La pass.Reach Kargil, a town with a rich history, and check-in to your accommodation for the night.

KARGIL TO SRINAGAR (201Km/5-6Hrs)

After breakfast, continue your journey from Kargil to Srinagar.The drive from Kargil to Srinagar is approximately 210 kilometers and takes around 6-7 hours, depending on road conditions and any sightseeing stops.On the way, you will pass through the picturesque Drass Valley, famously known as the "Gateway to Ladakh" and the second coldest inhabited place on earth.Continue driving through the lush green landscapes of Kashmir and reach Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir.Check-in to your accommodation in Srinagar and spend the evening exploring the famous Dal Lake or taking a shikara ride.

SRINAGAR SIGHTSEEING

Post breakfast, check out from the houseboat & check into the hotel. Then visit famous Mughal Gardens like Nishat Garden & Shalimar Garden, Chashme-e-Shahi & Pari Mahal. Later visit Shankracharya Temple. In evening return to the hotel for dinner & overnight stay.

SRINAGAR – GULMARG (52 KM/2 Hours) – SRINAGAR

Post breakfast, proceed further towards Gulmarg. Enjoy beautiful surroundings and Pony Ride (On own expenses). Have a Gondola Ride (on own expenses). It has two phases; Phase-I is from Gulmarg to Kungdoor & Phase-II is from Kungdoor to Affarwatt. Then visit a small Shiva Temple & Gulmarg Golf course, which is in existence for 100 years. One can also hire a local vehicle or pony (on own expenses) to visit Bota Pathri in Nagin Valley, which is recently opened to tourists. In late afternoon return to Srinagar hotel for dinner & overnight stay.

SRINAGAR – PAHALGAM (92 KM/3-4 Hours)

Post breakfast drive to Pahalgam. On the way visit Saffron fields & witnesses the beautiful mountains & green pine forests and drive along the Lidder River. On arrival at Pahalgam, check-in to the Hotel. Enjoy local sightseeing of Pahalgam & visit Aru Valley, Chandan wari & Betaab Valley (on own expenses). In late evening return to hotel for dinner & overnight stay.

 PAHALGAM – JAMMU (235 KM/7-8 Hours)

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel & proceed further towards Jammu. On arrival, you’ll be dropped at Jammu Airport/Railway Station for further journey
